Nice place to have a dine out. Good buffer food services to cater for many tastes and preferences at all you can eat style! The price is competitive too.
For birthday outings, the celebrant eats free - subject to proof of date if biirth.

I went to JRC for my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised. it is huge and very clean, and so much different kind of foods to choose from, and you can eat as much as you possible can. the staff are very friendly and aim to pleased. price is great. I will come again, see you soon.

HORRIBLE! DISAPPOINTING!!!
really bad service from the lady at the front desk, repeatedly telling people they better finish before 1h 30min and has an ugly attitude (asian lady).
Food was not good, well to be honest there was barely any food went 2hours before they close; barely any food left. paid £29 per person which included drinks and what so ever for a huge family.
NOT CLEAN AT ALL! there’s like no staff members there are dirty dishes everywhere and toilet STUNK! food trays was empty and they weren’t filling nothing up so once it was done, it was done for good. I found a shrimp shell in my custard bun snd almost choked on it. Rude behaviour from staff. customer service is HORRIBLE! go to Wembley they treats you better. paid more than £120 just to get this food and service.? might as well travel to wembley and pay extra. Train better staff and chefs. unclean floors and food trays. DIRTY EVERYWHERE. DO NOT GO! save money head to wembley or another restaurant.. it was empty but asian lady told us we should have booked first! well there’s a reason why it’s empty now. won’t last long with this kind of behaviour.

I have been here several times before but the quality of the food has dropped significantly. All food served are extremely oily. Food stations were not refilled as most were empty. No great desert options now. Not going again.

⭐ 0/5 - Horrendous Hygiene, Disgusting Toilets & Terrible Service
I had an awful experience at this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Firstly, the place was filthy. There were layers of grease by the grill, on top of it, and oil residue built up everywhere—it’s clear this hasn’t been cleaned properly in years. There’s no one regularly cleaning, and food remains on the floor, creating a serious slipping hazard.
The toilets were disgusting—I physically couldn’t even walk in. There was ice cream spilled all over the floor, and instead of cleaning it, a staff member just put a “slippery floor” sign and walked away. The smell was so bad it made me gag, and I had to run out. Absolutely unacceptable.
On top of this, £25 per person for such a dirty, unsafe environment is outrageous. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe eating there. Drinks were £4 for a refill, and to make it worse, both Diet Coke and regular Coke tasted like chlorine—completely undrinkable.
To make matters worse, no one was collecting the plates. It’s a buffet, and yet there was only ONE lady cleaning the entire area—meaning dirty plates piled up everywhere. The staff clearly don’t care, and it shows in the lack of hygiene and poor service.
This place needs a serious health inspection because it’s one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!

The service is not the best they look in a rash all the time they run around and this is not pleasant at all, having to almost run behind the gentleman that was going to show our table, bad start
The place was not full, but the food trays were empty, the hygiene not great either, I went with my baby to the toilet and it was disgusting you could smell the urine from far, the plates were not well cleaned
It was dark and cold inside as if they didn’t want to put heating on or lights
Plus they only give you 1 hour and a half to take your food and go back to seat
As I said we went with a 3 months baby and you don’t get time enough to eat is just very short time baring in mind that every time I’ll go to pick up something to it was empty

Theres no food ,nobody top up the food , they cook seafood and beef on the grill at the same time next to eachother , paid £65 for an hour they start kicking people out , very dissapointed .

For £28pp you are being served frozen fridge food and some very bland fake Chinese / curry. It’s an absolute rip off. The dessert section was served with jelly shots, fake jaffa cakes and fake Maryland cookies. It’s like I’m eating at a children’s party.
Front desk staff had the cheek to ask us to measure the height of our 2yr old to see whether he qualified for a PAID meal! He doesn’t even eat 2 chicken nuggets worth.
Oh, just to add, refillable drinks is £4 extra.

I haven’t been to this buffet for almost two years now. When it opened we went a lot but gradually the service , quality of food all went down hill. I thought may be we should try out over weekend it’s been a while but I came to check reviews first and I can clearly see there is no change as most of the bad reviews resemble my experience years ago so clearly no change and I can see the comment from JRC buffet is copy paste to all reviews. Which again tells me how serious (NOT) they are towards their customers review as they can’t even bother to write personalised response. So it’s just a tick in the box. Very disappointing to see ! Well reviews save me money and I shall be heading towards other places in ilford which offer better service and good food for same price or even less.

I highly recommend coming to this location instead.
Although they had an issue with the alarm system which was going off pretty much our entire dinner which was extremely disappointing and distracting.

Very disappointed , the restaurant had no highchairs only booster seats which was very unsafe for my son , very dirty and unclean , we got seated at a table to find food all on my chair . Staff was unhelpful when I booked for 11 adults and 2 babies they placed us on wrong table woth not enough chairs .

Disappointing Dining Experience – Not Worth the Hype
We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. We arrived around 7 PM 🕖, expecting a decent spread, but to our surprise, most of the food was already gone. What was left seemed like scraps—leftovers that hadn’t been replenished, giving the whole place an unappetising feel. Just see the video I attached, which shows how the leftover food was presented at 7 PM 🕖—it speaks for itself.
As a foodie who has travelled extensively and experienced a wide range of cuisines, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, this place fell short in every way. I tried a variety of dishes, including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indian, and Thai cuisine, and every single one was below average. The Japanese and Korean dishes were bland, the Chinese food tasted stale, and the Indian and Thai options were equally disappointing, lacking both flavour and authenticity. 😕
Even the desserts couldn’t salvage the experience. The ice cream was mediocre, and the marshmallows with chocolate were uninspiring—just basic and tasteless. The only thing I genuinely enjoyed was the fresh, sweet 🍇 grapefruit, which says a lot considering it’s hard to get fruit wrong.
Overall, this was a terrible dining experience. 👎🏾 It’s not worth the money, and I certainly won’t be returning. If you’re a food lover looking for quality and variety, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This place simply doesn’t deliver.

Upon entry through the main door it was absolutely freezing, also the escalators weren't very smooth, as we left -one wasn't even working.
After we checked in etc the staff member speeded off, rushing us to follow him.
Anyway,once seated we went and got our drinks there was a nice selection, lovely and cold drinks.
The food selection choices were absolutely amazing, we were all extremely happy with our meals. And the desserts (Eton mess, profiteroles, cakes) were all delicious!
A staff member in pertiular was always on hand to take our dishes, quickly and efficiently.
You do only have 90 minutes at the table, which was understandable but we would have stayed longer.
Only critic, the music was too loud so we did find it hard to speak/hear each other
